added juice and zest from 10 lemons and 8lbs of brewing sugar

Hydrometer reading 1055 should give about 7 to 7.5 %

Checked real ale has finished fermenting so bottled some and put rest in pressure barrel primed with brewing sugar

Then on the spur of the moment as a friend arrived with a demi john made up another gallon of cider
